Microsoft Office Mac 2011
There are two ways to get Office – follow the instructions below or click the graphic above and sign in with your BaruchMail account when asked. REMEMBER – Your BaruchMail account is an ORGANIZATIONAL Account.
Office 365 Mac 2011 Product Key
- Before you start, uninstall any previous versions of Microsoft Office.
- Access BaruchMail page.
- Log on to your BaruchMail account with your email address and password.
- While in your BaruchMail, click on the dots that are on the top-right menu.
- Select Office 365
- You will now be at the Install Office section.
- Click the Install Office icon if you would like to begin the installation of Office 2016.
*Please be advised – Baruch is standardized around Microsoft Office 2016 for maximum compatibility. - NOTE: If you are unsure which version of Microsoft® Office you should install (32-bit or 64-bit), see the Which version is best for me?.
- Select “Set Up” to download the installer file.
- Locate and double-click on the set up file to begin the installation.
- Before you start, uninstall previous versions of Microsoft® Office.
- Access BaruchMail page.
- Log on to your BaruchMail account with your email address and password.
- While in your BaruchMail, choose Settings icon from the top-right menu.
- Choose Office 365 Settings.
- Select Software on the left panel.
- Click Install if you would like to begin the installation of Microsoft Office 2011.
*Please be advised – Baruch is standardized around Microsoft Office 2011 for maximum compatibility on Mac OS X. - Once the download completes, double-click the Microsoft Office 2011.dmg file and run the installer.
- After you have completed the install process, open an Office application, such as Word® , and you will be presented with the Get Started with Office 2011 screen. Select Sign in to an existing Office 365 Subscription.
- Enter your BaruchMail address and click Next.
- If you are prompted to choose Microsoft Account or Work Account, choose Work Account (Please Note: Use Tab key if Keypad doesn’t allow you to select Work Account).
- Enter your password and click Sign In. Your Mac may prompt you that “Microsoft Office Setup Assistant would like to access your contacts.” Click OK.
- Personalize your copy of Microsoft® Office, select your preferred setting for updates and click Continue.
- After setup runs, you may be prompted with the Get Started with Office 2011 screen again. Quit the application and reopen to start using Microsoft® Office.
